Four-deck techno DJ blurring the line between hypnotic and punishing. Residencies across Berlin, Ljubljana and Prague. Crate built from dub, EBM, and old-school rave.
Born in the industrial belt between Maribor and Graz, VEXEL started cutting at 15 on two borrowed CDJs in a bomb-shelter basement. A decade of residencies later, the sets are built around one principle: keep it physical, keep it weird.
Known for four-deck layering, abrupt tempo shifts from 138 straight into 148, and a fondness for dub chains in the break. First releases dropped on Kontakt Records (SI) and Schranzwerk (DE). When not on the road, VEXEL is in the studio with a wall of modular and a very tolerant cat.
EU dates preferred, travel fee applies beyond a 500 km radius. Minimum 3-hour set. Full tech rider on request. Nightclubs, warehouses, festivals, illegal basements — in that order.
